Kaitlin Spurgin

Kaitlin Spurgin is a strong believer that every client she meets is more than just a transaction and always strives to achieve the best fit for them. She is no stranger to organizing and selling spaces. For nearly a decade, Kaitlin has coordinated hundreds of events at both Rowan University and Rutgers University New Brunswick.

Now she is bringing her skills and passion to clients of Smires & Associates as they embark on their home buying and/or selling journey. A lifelong resident of New Jersey, Kaitlin was born and raised in Atco and now resides in Hamilton with her husband, Collin and dog, Bentley. She also has a Bachelors and Masters Degree from Rowan University and is a graduate of the NJ Real Estate Institute. Fun fact: Kaitlin grew up singing musical theatre and spent her college days singing opera.
